Refund policy

every arthus piece is made or painted by hand in small batches, and many are one of a kind, so all sales are final.

if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, email hello@arthus.studio within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. i’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund.

pre-orders
pre-orders ship by the date listed on the product page. if your order is delayed past that date, i’ll email you with a new ship date, and you can cancel for a full refund.

commissions
custom work is a collaborative process. we’ll go over the details, references, and any sketches together before i start. a 50% non-refundable deposit is due upfront, and the remaining 50% plus shipping is due once the piece is complete. because each commission is made just for you, commissions aren’t eligible for return.
