Shipping policy

i currently ship within the united states only. shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.

how your order ships:

art prints and greeting cards are printed to order by my printing partner and shipped directly to you.

calendars and hand-painted leather are packed and shipped by me from my chicago studio. pre-orders ship by the date listed on the product page.

commissions are scheduled individually. we’ll agree on a timeline together once your inquiry is submitted.

if your order includes items from more than one of these groups, they ship separately in their own packages, and shipping is calculated for each one at checkout.

local pickup
chicago customers can choose free local pickup (ukrainian village) at checkout for eligible items. i’ll email you when your order is ready.

tracking and issues
once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking. if your package is lost or arrives damaged, reach out to hello@arthus.studio and we’ll sort it out.
